New York Investment Manager Acquires Regional Advisory Business

New York-based investment management firm, Arrivato Advisors, is to buy Wichita, Kansas-based Intrust Financial Services, the investment advisory business of Intrust Bank. The new entity will be named American Independence Financial Services. IFS is investment advisor to The American Independence Funds, a mutual fund complex with more than $600 million in assets. The wealth management unit of Intrust currently has $2.7 billion in assets under management.
